At Médimarien he benefits from the new infrastructure and his medical office is fully equipped for Rheumatology consultations and care.

Rheumatology covers all illnesses which affect limb joints, the spine and bones but also systemic illnesses which affect other organs such as the skin, intestines or lungs....

Clinical presentations of different rheumatic illnesses can be similar, it is up to the rheumatologist to differentiate between the inflammatory, infectious and degenerative aspects of the disease. Rheumatology is therefore an extremely vast specialty, intimately linked to internal medecine and requiring meticulous clinical examination, but also demanding knowledge in modern immunology.

He works in collaboration with general practitioners and can refer patients to other medical specialists, physiotherapists or other paramedics and surgeons.

Finally, in his medical office he may need to administer intra-articular glucocorticoid injections. He is qualified to perform this act in the best conditions possible.
