From 1999 to 2000 he was appointed as Medical Director in Sint-Etienne.

1999 to 2007: he was head of Clinique St Etienne's Internal Medicine Department.

2006: as a result of his training as an Internist and his conviction that medicine should not be fenced off into different areas, he sought to promote a holistic approach, where so-called "alternative" medicine could fit in. Hence his decision to create MEDIMARIEN.

2007: the disappearance of Clinique St Etienne also meant the demise of his social and pluricultural aims.

He then focused on developing Medimarien, whose premises are continue to expand while its workforce grows in strength.

2008: he made a return to the university environment, working as a consultant 2 half days a week for the Cliniques Universitaires St Luc, where he is involved in the cardiac cartherisation catheterization unit.

This enables him to continue examining patients GPs refer to him, while keeping up to date with the latest developments in Cardiology and Internal Medecine.
